Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days if in stock, or your items will be custom made to order within 5 business days and shipped by USPS Ground Advantage with 3-5 day delivery.

Q. Do you offer rush shipping?

A. Yes, I’m happy to offer expedited delivery by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail for an additional charge. Please contact me to request a rush shipping upgrade before placing your order.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No, I’m currently shipping only to US delivery addresses, including all US states and territories.

Q. Do you take custom orders?

A. Yes, I will not replicate another designer’s work, but I will be happy to design and create a custom item for you if you describe it to me in detail, including size, color theme, etc.
